Liz Loeppert graduated from the Soma Institute, National School for Clinical Massage Therapy in 2006, a leader in clinical massage education. She is a state-licensed and nationally certified massage therapist through the NCBTMB, and a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
With over 20 years of experience, Liz has advanced her training to specialize in post-surgical care and treatment, supporting clients through every phase of healing—from early recovery to long-term tissue restoration.
Her advanced certifications include:
• Post-Surgical Lymphatic Drainage (PUMP Technique)
• Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (Graston / IASTM Practitioner)
• Mastectomy Guide Certified Practitioner
Liz’s work is centered around helping the body heal safely and effectively after surgery. She specializes in reducing swelling, improving circulation, restoring mobility, and addressing scar tissue and fascial restrictions—particularly for breast and chest procedures, as well as other complex surgical recoveries.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Liz has studied complementary modalities including Prenatal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Reiki, and CranioSacral Therapy. This integrative background allows her to support not only the physical body, but also the nervous system during vulnerable healing phases.
Her approach is gentle, precise, and deeply individualized. Each session is tailored to your stage of recovery, your medical history, and your body’s readiness—ensuring care that is both safe and effective.
Liz’s goal is to provide more than temporary relief. She is committed to helping clients experience progressive, measurable improvement, guiding the body toward optimal healing, function, and long-term wellness
