A 60-Minute session is a great amount of time to focus on one specific area that might problematic, while still leaving enough time to address the rest of the body. Or use the hour to address a region of chronic pain.

Even if the goal of the massage isn't deeply therapeutic, we will find an approach that suits you.

A 75-Minute session is a great amount of time to focus on the whole body, while still leaving some extra time to address a problematic region.

A 90-Minute session is our suggested amount of time, providing ample time to address all of the main regions of your body that can exhibit dysfunction from our daily lives.
